Introduction
Mentoring is often referred to as the ‘transfer of wisdom’. It is the process by which an individual learns from someone who has ‘worn the same shoes’ and ‘travelled the same path’…. metaphorically someone older and wiser.
In the past, these tended to be senior managers from within the mentee’s own organisation. There can be an issue with this traditional approach since it is largely dependent upon one person’s ‘autobiography’.
We believe that we add value to this traditional approach by including best practice from our work with a wide range of individuals in a variety of organisations. In addition, using NLP techniques, we can offer practical strategies that your Managers can use and develop for themselves.
What to Expect
We provide specialists who are motivated solely to help; who are immune from, but aware of company dynamics and politics; who takes time to listen and to offer guidance. They are without any personal or political agenda, other than the success of the manager and their team. Alternatively, We can help you establish an in-house mentoring resource.
