Introduction
Coaching is highly effective both as a tool to improve effectiveness and productivity and also to help staff deal with workload pressure and stress. Advances made under coaching tend to have a more profound and long-lasting impact than in other development methods.

Typical Objectives:

Analysing your current effectiveness in terms of time and priority management
Identifying appropriate situations and techniques for assertive communication
Confidently dealing with conflict situations and ‘difficult’ people
Considering the most appropriate Influencing style(s) to achieve positive results
Recognising the factors that contribute to building personal profile and impact
