The Brief
Due to the extremely short shelf life of software products, Microsoft understood it needed the help and co-operation of one of their major resellers to stay at the cutting edge of their industry. This would involve working with their partner, Computacenter, in persuading ‘blue’ chip companies to trial their products whilst still in the final developmental stage.

The Solution
As you can imagine, this would require a great deal of mutual trust and respect to be successful. Communicate was approached by Microsoft to assist them as facilitators of the partnership project, to ensure the wheels turned smoothly. Following the workshop, further meetings took place to consolidate the partnership. It proved so successful that it has led similar initiatives taking place. Communicate have since been used by Microsoft and Computacenter on these and other projects to facilitate strong, working solutions.
