The Brief
Organisations today need fresh ideas and methods of working if they are to meet the challenges presented by our ever-changing business world. Coming from a ‘traditional’ industry as SaraLee do, this sometimes requires a step change.

The Solution
We have assisted a number of their executive teams within the group to organize and plan for the future. This goes further than just a reorganisation and has often required a completely new way of working. For example, one division’s world changed from two factories with established clients, based in the UK, to a global operation with manufacturing ‘off-shore’ and their main clients based in the USA.

Our role was to facilitate a series of workshops to finalise the business strategy and to provide a ‘skills top-up’ for the executive team, especially around virtual teamwork. Essentially, we helped shift perceptions and prepared delegates for their ‘new world’.
