The Brief
Carlsberg UK had a need to develop their managers into leaders. They wanted to create a positive, unified working environment, with individual managers anticipating difficult situations and controlling them when they occurred.
The Solution
The courses were developed with input from the HR team, the senior management and the line managers themselves and linked to match Core Competencies. Following each course a milestone meeting was held to check objectives were achieved and to plan future training needs. Those undertaken included: Team Leading, Change Management, Project Management, Coaching and Influencing Skills.
One of the reasons that Carlsberg UK continue to use Communicate regularly is due to our flexibility. They feel we are able to ‘pitch’ the courses at exactly the right level for the specific delegates and thus make the learning both relevant and enjoyable.
