Introduction
Sometimes a change in the structure of a department/organisation generates the need for a change of style or approach. We help leaders to create an environment that encourages and rejuvenates team members to discover ideas and approaches for themselves.

Creating the Environment is more than just a management development course, it is about creating the environment where success is inevitable. We will be challenging the delegates to make a difference and influence the future of your organisation.

Typical Objectives:

Displaying a positive attitude towards change, encouraging and supporting others through it
Developing innovative approaches and implementation plans which are in line with the vision and values of the organisation
Identifying and exploring opportunities to develop new services and actively promotes the business
Expressing ideas clearly and communicating convincingly with a wide range of people at all levels
Creating a climate where ideas are valued and people can achieve their best

Sample Programme
Examples of the effectiveness of this approach are the renewed vigour with which people commit to the goals of the team, and language changing from ‘the boss wants’ into ‘we want’. By pro-actively empowering members to shape their own future, the resulting responsibility they grasp can be phenomenal.

Outline

There is no set agenda, as each organisation is different. We will work with you to research the ‘Environment’, design and deliver the most appropriate programme for your team. It is likely to include how to change/establish effective, healthy leadership and management ‘habits’ that encourage your people to achieve their full potential.

Activities to consider:
