It is widely recognised that effective Member Development is essential to ensure that Councillors are fully equipped with the necessary qualities to fulfill their role.

Members are busy people and have considerable pressures upon their time, so updating their knowledge and learning new skills has to be accessible and valuable. We have designed some ‘Bite-sized’ modules especially for this audience:

There is no set agenda, as each Council is different. We will work with you to design and deliver the most appropriate programme for your Councillors.
