Introduction
Our Management Development Programme is the result of listening to today’s managers’ needs. The modular format, highly participative in style, is in response to their demands for minimum time input with maximum effect.
Each module focuses upon a work related project, acting as a catalyst for a portfolio of local initiatives and process improvements designed to benefit the organisation as a whole.
Typical Objectives:
 |
Revisiting/identifying the key responsibilities of your role and assess how you can develop an appropriate style of leadership |
 |
Developing your decision-making, motivation and problem solving capabilities |
 |
Building your communication, coaching and delegation capabilities |
 |
Widening perceptions to look at the greater team, and how your own team adds value to the whole |
 |
Maintaining the gain by providing you with the experience of operating in a lateral network |
Sample Programme
We also encourage ‘peer coaching’ and mutual support amongst the managers attending the programme.
The final project is significant - designed to integrate the learning whilst producing a plan for adding real value to the organisation (e.g. revenue generation or savings through ‘working smarter’). This is presented back to their senior management team for discussion and development at the final module ‘Adding Value’.
