The Brief
Following a major change in the organisation the LGA wanted to help senior managers and directors identify new ways of thinking to improve their team’s productivity and enhance working relationships; as well as refine their leadership style.

The Solution
Executive coaching was selected as a proven and effective way of achieving this, tailored to each manager/director’s specific role and requirements. One role our coach played in this situation was to enable and empower the client, and act as an independent sounding board. The other role was to act as a guide and mentor within a framework that built the knowledge and experience of the executive. The benefits were far reaching and rippled out to have a positive impact.
