Following a major change in the organisation the LGA wanted to help senior managers and directors identify new ways of thinking to improve their team’s productivity and enhance working relationships; as well as refine their leadership style.
The Solution
Executive coaching was selected as a proven and effective way of achieving this, tailored to each manager/director’s specific role and requirements. One role our coach played in this situation was to enable and empower the client, and act as an independent sounding board.
