The Experience
Suddenly there is a flash of lightning and the plane stalls. It is dark outside and just as the plane plummets earthwards you hear the pilot cry out “It’s no use, the radio’s dead!” They are the last words you hear before the crash. Then all is quiet.

Your situation looks dire but at least you are alive and determined to survive.

Involving individual and collective decision-making, ‘Outback’ is a perfect metaphor, emulating many work-place scenario’s.
