Introduction
Like the individuals that form a team, each one is unique and has its own character. That’s why we take time to ensure that the team building programme we provide ‘suits you’!

Like any good recipe, you need the right balance of ingredients to achieve your specific outcomes. You may also wish to include a pre-event profiling tool such as Belbin in order to ‘hit the ground running’.

Typical Objectives:

Exploring whether the team are operating as effectively as possible
Identifying and analysing your strengths and weaknesses
Using activities specifically designed to improve your effectiveness
Refreshing existing relationships and fostering new ones
Learning more about each other through experiential activities/review
Sharing memorable experiences to help re-energise the team

Sample Programme
The agenda could follow a set of questions which we use as a way of structuring the event. This is a simple and effective way to a work through the team development process. This can be put up as a wall display to act as an aide memoir.
