Introduction
Team working across autonomous teams cannot take place without the existence of a network of contacts and relationships. Whilst many of these happen naturally, in periods of rapid change a more direct catalyst may be required to bring people together and stimulate communication.
Effective collaboration pays huge dividends - more projects are completed on time and on budget, morale increases, customers are more satisfied (as is the business), and trust is built and shared between teams and departments.
Typical Objectives
Identifying the value each team brings to the common purpose (One Vision, Many Voices) |
Helping to develop formal and informal cross-departmental communication channels |
Creating a culture that fosters flexibility, change and innovation |
Correctly planning for regular communication and troubleshooting potential conflict |
