The Brief
If you’re already part of an effective team, or have been in the past, you will understand the invaluable contribution they make. Whilst some teams bond quickly, others struggle to make connections or operate consistently in a spirit of cooperation. M&S needed to re-build their management teams after a recent re-organisation.

The Solution
We helped the teams ‘push the fast forward button’, accelerating the development of team operating principles and the ‘buy in’ of team members. We designed a change of pace from the usual business-based forum and encouraged people to open their minds to new ways of working. With intriguing team challenges such as ‘Pipe Dreams’ we created those 'Aha!' moments and thus engaged all team members early in the process, and demonstrated the importance of ongoing dialogue to maintain positive change.
